The site is affected by recognized City of Tucson Undefined Shallow Flow; change language in Drainage Notes #7: “This project is affected by the City of Tucson Floodplain Regulations.” (AM 2-06.4.7.B.2) 3. Drainage Note #8 and #9 will also change per City of Tucson Floodplain Regulation 4. Streets and roads notes # 10 to be updated to cite Technical Standards Manual 10-01.5.0, not development standard 3-01.0 (AM 2-06.4.7.C.2) 5. Provide missing general note: UTILITIES NOTE (AM 2-06.4.7.D) 6. Provide a Grading Plan with topographical conditions (AM 2-06.4.7.M.1&2) Site Plan Notes Related to Tucson Standards Manual: 7. Show pedestrian circulation to all common use areas; the kiosk area does not connect with the building on the site: “The areas within the development which must be connected include, but are not limited to, all buildings, all bicycle and vehicle parking areas, all recreation areas, all areas, and all other common use areas.” (TSM 7.01-3.B.) 8. Update distance of bollards to match design standard of 4-FT min, 5-FT max (TSM 7-01.4.4.B) Comments Related to Recognized Floodplain: 9. This project/site resides within Naylor-Swan Park Wash Undefined Shallow Flow and will require the submission and approval of a floodplain use (FPU) permit for work within a floodplain. The FPU permit is a separate permit that can be submitted within the "Sub-Records" tab of this associated Development Package (TD-DEV-1225-00307) through TDC-Online. 10. Note, a FPU permit will be needed for each related permit with the development of the site and/or structure. 11. Additionally, an FPU with an Elevation Certificate must be applied for the associated building permit. Apply under “Sub-Records” of TC-FBB-1225-00152. 12. Resubmission with a Grading Plan showing topographical conditions must be provided to determine base flood elevation (BFE). For undefined shallow flow, FFE must be 1-FT above BFE. PLEASE CONTACT TEP DESIGN IF RELOCATION IS REQUIRED Enclosed is a copy of a TEP facilities map showing the approximate location of the existing facilities. Any relocation costs will be billable to the customer. To apply for electric service, please call the New Construction department at (520) 918- 8300.
