This development is located in the N.E. quarter of the N.E. quarter of Section 18, Township 15S, Range 14E, of the Gila and Salt River Meridian. The development site occupies parcel numbers 140-43-0010 and 140-43-0020, covers approximately 0.65 ± acres, and is zoned as Light Industrial Zone (I-1). The nearest major roadway intersection is South Campbell Avenue and East Valencia Road, approximately 500 feet to the northeast of the subject development. This site does lie within FAA Part 77 airspace. The Tucson Airport Authority approves the 4th submittal of this project and has no additional comments to provide at this time.
