COMMENT: Zoning acknowledges there is a Design Development Option (DDO) in process to address the UDC standard 6.6.2.I; however, Zoning cannot approve the review until the DDO has been approved. Once the DDO has been approved, please resubmit the plan set addressing the following comments. 2. COMMENT: Update the sheet index on the cover sheet to reflect the number of pages in this plan set. The current plan set only contains two sheets. 3. COMMENT: Please remove all approval stamps associated with the last approval of the plan set. 4. COMMENT: A legend that shows and describes all symbols used on the drawing is to be provided, preferably on the first sheet. 5. COMMENT: In the title block, label the sheet number and the total number of pages in the plan set (i.e., sheet xx of xx) 6. COMMENT: Update the General Note on the second sheet stating the existing and the proposed use is Membership Organization. 7. COMMENT: Update the legend that shows and describes all symbols used on the drawing is to be provided, preferably on the first sheet to accurately demonstrate what is being proposed on this plan set. There are multiple items that the legend is stating as “new” however this proposal is only to permit a new perimeter wall.
