Please resubmit revised drawings along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Landscape/NPPO Review Section comments are addressed. SITE LANDSCAPE/NPPO SECTION COMMENTS: 1. Ensure that Site Engineering comments and concerns are addressed prior to landscape section approval. 2. The inlet/curb cut locations shown on the landscape CRWHP (sheet 17 of 19) do not match the civil CRWHP (sheet 8 of 19), or the civil grading plan (sheet 7 of 19). The landscape CRWHP also indicates more curb cuts than the civil plans. Coordinate the plans to match. 3. The site water budget calculations on the civil CRWHP do not match the calculations shown on the landscape CRWHP. Coordinate the plans to match. 4. Once the landscape and civil CRWH plans are coordinated graphically, add general notes to the landscape CRWHP that refer to the civil plans and details for construction.
