TSM 8-01.5.3.B, A minimum safe access and operational area of fourteen (14) feet by forty (40) feet, with a minimum vertical clearance of twenty-five (25) feet, shall be provided in front of each enclosure. Depict 14’x40’ clear approach in front of enclosure within drawing detail and identify. This area should have a 3ft clear between any structure. Include turning radii, 50ft outside and 36ft inside. 2. Trash enclosure notes on page 2 of DP IS note sufficient. Items I & J are not applicable. Must provide enclosure wall construction detail with all dimensions called out. Refer to TSM 8-01.9.0 Figures 2 & 3B. 3. DP page 2, identifies two different enclosure options. Please resubmit revised drawings along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Landscape/NPPO Review Section comments are addressed. COMMENTS: 1. Ensure that Engineering comments and concerns are addressed prior to landscape section approval. 2. Label the property lines on all landscape sheets. 3. Label the irrigation meter as “irrigation only” on the irrigation plan and on the irrigation schedule. See TSM 4-01.6.0 4. Planting and irrigation appear to be in the ROW along N Oracle Rd.
