An Archaeological Monitor hired by the permit applicant is required to be on-site during any digging, unless a waiver is issued. Monitoring reports are to be submitted to the Historic Preservation Office. Please submit a Design Package as a sub record of CIP-0224-00001 for historic review via TDC online.
