Comments:
1. Any existing curb, sidewalk or curb access ramps which are not compliant with current standards will be modified or replaced to meet current standards.
2. Westerly most “existing” driveway apron on Congress to be replaced to meet current standards, per P.A.G. standard 206.
3. The closing of the easterly most driveway apron on Congress will require a Meter Box adjustment.
4. Existing curb access ramp on the SW corner of Congress St and Grande Ave. is to be replaced to meet current standards per P.A.G. standard 207.
5. The closing of the northerly most driveway apron on Grande Ave will require a Manhole adjustment.
6. The southernly most driveway apron on Grande Ave is to be replaced to meet current standards per P.A.G. standard 206.
7. The existing sidewalk approaching the alley on the southeast corner of the property, is to be replaced to meet current standards per P.A.G. standard 200.
8. Concrete curb per P.A.G. standard 209.
9. At least one sidewalk is required to connect the onsite circulation path to sidewalk in the ROW.
10. Where adjoining sidewalk from the property ties to sidewalk along the ROW frontage, a 5’ X 5’ ADA landing is required. Landings shall be 5’ X 5’ and not to exceed a 2% cross slope in all directions.
11. Protect in place existing streetlights.
12. Protect in place existing catch basins.
13. Protect in place or relocate accordingly, existing regulatory or warning signs.
