In a DP prior to this, DP20-0039, the developer was made aware of potential future ADOT activity along the corridor, however, ADOT does not have funding to purchase R/W, so nothing came of it. The Developer/owner should already be informed of a DCR (Design Concept Report) which will have impacts on the Property in the future.
