CDRC
Good Morning,

ADOT has the following comments;

The Developer/Owner will need to apply for an ADOT Encroachment Permit to perform the proposed work (especially the sidewalk connection removal/installation).
The Water Harvesting Basins may conflict with the existing traffic signal and lighting infrastructure.
Coordination with the City Department of Transportation and Mobility will be necessary.

I would like to receive acknowledgement (comment response) from the DP that the comments were received and how they are addressing the perceived conflicts.

Let me know if you have any questions or concerns.

Thank you!

Please provide a drainage statement that demonstrates that the additional required first flush is being provided.
