Site Engineering Comments:
1. Due to this development package being greater than one page, provide a sheet index. AM 2-06.3.12
2. Revise Sight visibility triangles for all the site entrances along Kolb RD in compliance with TSM 10-01.5.0 Old Vail RD is designated as an Arterial RD. Provided SVT’s show as 20x265’ which is used for Collector Rds.
3. Provide dimensions for the parking spaces and sidewalks shown on the site plan on sheet 3.
4. Revise trash enclosure details and the grading plan to show the ramps slope being 2% away from enclosure as well as the enclosure slab sloping 1% to the gate. TSM 8-1.0.0
5. Provide descriptor boxes adjacent to each basin on the detail sheets and grading sheet 5 (Includes Stormwater Harvesting basins/landscaping). Include a leader arrow to the basin or provide a label for the basin and reference the label on the top of the descriptor box. Include the following applicable information in the descriptor box: a. Total volume, cubic feet or acre feet; b. If applicable, detention volume, cubic feet or acre feet; c. If applicable, retention volume, cubic feet; d. If applicable, first-flush retention volume, cubic feet; e. If applicable, Q100 in, cubic feet per second; f. If applicable, Q100 out, cubic feet per second; g. Basin top elevation, feet; h. 100-year water surface elevation, feet; and i. 100-year ponding depth, (measured from the lowest elevation of the basin), feet. DSSDR 11.1.3
6. It will be required to show & call-out the erosion hazard setback calculated within the drainage report onto the provide DP site plan. TSM 4-02.2.5
7. Show that erosion protection is used for all inlet and outlet structures. The erosion protection shall extend below the finished grade of the basin floor and/or side slope to the appropriate design depth. DSSDR 4.8.1.4 This should be demonstrated especially regarding WHA #1
8. The sidewalk scupper located from between BLDG 7 & 6 is shown discharging directly on to the ADA parking space West of it. It will be required to be revised.
9. As work is proposed along the channel to the south, a Right-Of-Way floodplain use permit must be submitted.
