RESUBMIT REVISED DRAWINGS ALONG WITH A DETAILED RESPONSE LETTER, STATING HOW ALL OF THE SITE LANDSCAPE AND NPPO SECTION REVIEW COMMENTS HAVE BEEN ADDRESSED. SITE LANDSCAPE/NPPO SECTION COMMENTS: 1. There appears to be a protected native tree near the southeast corner of the property where the fence 90’s to the west. Verify the species of tree to determine if mitigation will be quired if the tree is destroyed. If the tree is not a protected native, or will not be affected, then A NPPO Waiver is a viable option for the NPPO requirement.
