Site Engineering Comments:
1. Application incomplete – a drainage report showing full compliance with the City of Tucson’s first flush retention/ balanced basin detention requirements will be required for this development. Refer to the Design standards for Stormwater Detention and Retention Chapters 2, 3, & 4. Drainage report content and format requirements can be found in chapter 10 of the DSSDR as well.
2. Provide cut/fill quantities for this proposed development, refer to TSM 2-01.0.0, A grading plan will be required.
