1. Application incomplete. The total acre of disturbance is shown as 50,930 SF which equates to ~1.17 acres, therefore a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) will be required for this development package submission.
2. Sheet 6 references a Geotech/Soils report, please provide said report within the resubmission of the development package.
