Thank you for the opportunity to comment on TD-DEV-1123-00467, the development plan a stockpile grading plan for a future housing development at 7500 E Voyager Rd. This development is located in the N.E. quarter of the N.E. quarter of Section 32, Township 15S, Range 15E, of the Gila and Salt River Meridian. The development site occupies parcel number 141-25-005B, covers approximately 64.02 ± acres, and is presently zoned as Residence Zone X1 (RX-1) but was rezoned to Mobile Home Zone 2 (MH-2) as part of City of Tucson rezoning case C9-19-17. The nearest major roadway intersection is East Voyager Road and South Kolb Road, approximately 2,000 feet to the northwest of the subject development.
This site does lie within the Tucson International Airport avigation easement requirements and public disclosure area, FAA traffic pattern airspace, and FAA Part 77 airspace.
The Tucson Airport Authority approves the 1st submittal of this project, is not requiring a resubmit of this project and has no additional comments to provide.

Tucson Electric Power Company (TEP) has reviewed and approved the development
plan submitted 12/6/2023. There are no existing facilities within the development
currently and thus no conflicts with TEP Facilities at this time; the same area is
expected to be developed by Voyager Mobile Home Park in the future
Enclosed is a copy of a TEP facilities map showing the approximate location of the
existing facilities. Any relocation costs will be billable to the customer.
To apply for electric service, please call the New Construction department at (520) 918-8300. Please submit a final set of plans including approved site, electric load, paving off-site improvements and irrigation plans. If available, include a PDF version of the plans.
If easements are required, they will be secured by separate instrument. Your final
plans should be sent to:
