The bollards were of concern to a number of the reviewers and an increase in their number/size is problematic. The street design should be restored to the previously approved design. Questions? COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings and any redlined plans along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed.

Section 3.3.3.G.5.c UDC, An applicant has one year from the date of application to obtain approval of a site plan that complies with zoning and other development requirements in effect at the time of application, unless an ordinance adopted by Mayor and Council during this period states otherwise. A site plan application that has been in review for a period of one year and has not yet been approved is considered denied. To continue the review of a site plan for the property, a new site plan must be submitted that complies with regulations in effect at the time of re-submittal. The new submittal initiates a new one-year review period. One year Expiration date is November 17, 2024 .

2-06.4.7 - General Notes

Zoning and Land Use Notes

1. Until approved by Design Review and Historic Review, Zoning cannot approve. COMMENT: 2-06.4.7.A.6.a - These sites are located in the historic zone (UDC 4.7.9). Historic Review is required. Zoning can not approve this Development package until the historic review has been approved. - As the project is within the Rio Nuevo District (RND) review by the Design Review Board (DRB) is required. Provide the RND case number adjacent to the title block on all sheets and provide a general note stating the case number, date of approval, and if applicable any conditions of approval on the plan. This review must be completed prior to approval of the development package.
