Comments:
1. COTC 25-43 Unused curb cuts should be restored.
2. TSM 10-01.4.1.B - As the existing sidewalk is less than 4’ wide, a 6’ sidewalk should be constructed along the entire frontage along Craycroft.
3. SDG 3-14 Where sidewalks cross driveways, the sidewalk should be dominant, maintaining the level, slope, and material of the sidewalk. Email me for examples.
4. P. A. G. SD 206, SDG 3-15 Concrete sidewalks that are crossed by driveways should be 6” thick.
5. Comment 19 on Page 1 of 20 should be updated. Richard Leigh is no longer with the City of Tucson. A ROW permit can be obtained as a subrecord to this permit though https://tdc-online.tucsonaz.gov/
6. Please provide an estimate of the number of peak hour trips that will be generated by this development.
7. TSM 10-01.3.3.A, 10-01.3.3.C.9 - If any part of the new sidewalk will be on the property, a pedestrian easement will be required. Contact Bob Beecher with Department of Transportation and Mobility Real Estate at bob.beecher@tucsonaz.gov for an easement template and instructions.
