05/02/2023 | Site Engineering | REQUIRES RESUBMIT | 1. Previous comment 1 not addressed. Per City Code chapter 15 article III section 15.10.1.E - Each dwelling unit must have a minimum of forty-five (45) gallons of refuse container capacity available for use during the period between scheduled collection services. The director may waive capacity standards on a case-by-case basis. With 52 units proposed that would be 2340 gallons per week or 11.6 cubic yards per week. 2. According to recent clarification from Environmental Services, per TSM section 8-01, although recycling service isn’t required the site does need to provide at minimum the enclosure space for both solid waste and recycling. So, a single enclosure won’t be sufficient and a double enclosure or an additional single enclosure will be needed to meet this requirement. It is also important to point out per TSM section 8-01.4.I - required parking may be reduced for existing development when solid waste and recycle enclosures are provided. 05/05/2023 | TSMR/PDMR - Zoning | REQUIRES RESUBMIT | The request to reduce the width of the parking spaces and driveway are approved. However, Zoning will not support a pedestrian path under 4ft without identifying unique site constraints. It appears the proposed structures can be shifted slightly to allow for an unobstructed 4ft sidewalk in all areas. Under no circumstances will a pedestrian path under 3ft be approved. | ||
