01/19/2023 | External Reviewers - Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) | REVIEW COMPLETED | EXTERNAL] Re: Fw: Review Request for COT - Planning and Development Services Jay Gomes <jgomes@azdot.gov> CDRC Douglas Moseke <dmoseke@azdot.gov> Good Afternoon, Thank you for the follow-up. The Frontage Road is owned, operated, and maintained by the Arizona Department of Transportation. Any new/revised/redeveloped access point to the Frontage Road will require an ADOT Encroachment Permit. The approval of Traffic Impact Analysis or Statement is typically required to obtain the Permit. It is highly recommended that the Developer/Owner contact the Department to schedule a Development meeting to discuss items related to these processes. Additional information can be found on our website, see below. https://azdot.gov/business/permits/encroachment-permits https://azdot.gov/sites/default/files/media/2021/08/TGP0240-2021-08.pdf Should you have any questions or concerns regarding this item, please feel free to contact me. |
