Application not sufficient, the site at 9015 E Tanque Verde Rd is designated as critical basin and will require that the drainage report be revised to show that full compliance with first flush retention/ critical basin detention requirements are met with this development. 2. Due to the site being greater than one acre and subject to detention requirements, the drainage statement provided will not be sufficient. For resubmission, please provide a full drainage report following the format requirements laid out within chapter 10 of the Design Standards for stormwater detention and retention.
