COMMENT: The submitted site plan shows parking spaces in a location that separate building permit TC-COM-1024-01955 shows to be planned for demolition. Parking spaces will not be allowed to be located here since the location is in front of a future overhead vehicle door through which vehicles will need to pass.

Please indicate what the disposition/design of this area will be following the demolition of these spaces and the replacement of the overhead vehicle door.

If vehicles are intended to pass from the PAAL into the building, indicate or provide a detail demonstrating the sidewalk and/or curb transition.

2. COMMENT: Provide updated parking calculations using a parking ratio of 1:300 sf GFA for "Trade Service, Major" per UDC Table 7.4.4-1. The submitted plans incorrectly show a ratio of 1:500.

3. COMMENT: Correct the zoning use in the Site Data to "Commercial Services Use Group - Trade Service and Repair, Major, subject to 4.9.4.X.1"
