The two-way cleanout shown on the utility plan is identified as new on this DP, but is shown as existing on the building plans (TC-COM-0925-01762). The same discrepancy applies to the two sewer lines connected to that two-way cleanout. Please ensure the DP and building permit documents are consistent. Reference: Section 107.2.1, 2018 IBC. 2. Provide cleanouts at the junction of the building drain and the building sewer. A cleanout is required at each junction. Reference: Section 708.1.3, IPC 2018. 3. An additional building drain to building sewer junction appears to be shown below the last grease interceptor on the building plans, but is not reflected on the DP. Please clarify. Reference: Section 107.2.1, 2018 IBC. |
