Site Engineering Comments:
1. Application incomplete. This grading permit requires a fully dimensioned site plan that shows the extent of cut/fill being done to the site as well as other site characteristics such as the wash that runs along the West of the property.
a. It will be required to be show just how slopes are being treated/protected – slope treatment.
2. Provide Cut/fill quantities along with total acres of disturbance. Ensure to show what is the goal elevation – total potential cut/fill quantities over the entire extent of the fill continuously being brought in and to be brought in.
3. A Stormwater pollution prevention plan (SWPPP) and dust control permit will be required with the submission of this application
4. The submitted grading plan will be required to be stamped by a state registered civil engineer.
