This plan has been reviewed for compliance with applicable development criteria in the City of Tucson Unified Development Code (UDC) Administrative Manual (AM) Section 2-11 and Technical Manual (TM) Section for landscape, native plants, and water harvesting.

Please resubmit revised drawings along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Landscape/NPPO Review Section comments are addressed.

SITE LANDSCAPE/NPPO SECTION COMMENTS:

1. Provide the development package case number, TD-DEV-1024-00276, adjacent to the title block on all sheets. 2-06.4.3

2. On the NPPO Plan, add a legend that includes a symbol for the Transplant On Site Saguaro. Show the approximate location of the transplants so that their final location can be confirmed at the project site upon completion.

3. Does the landscape horticulture professional want to sign and date the NPPO plan? Not required.

11/06/2024 Site Engineering REQUIRES RESUBMIT 1. Provide slope stabilization details for the 3:1 fill slope around the proposed residence. Some acceptable forms for slope stabilization for 3:1 slopes include approved hydroseed, screened rock with minimal fines, and dumped riprap with filter fabric.
