Approval is conditional on final approval by PCRFCD for any work on District Lands. A Facility Impact Permit will be required from the District prior to modification of the levee for the box culvert. This conditional approval excludes any site work including grubbing or grading activities within 150 LF of the center of the proposed 2-6x5 RCBC to be installed in the levee. This area east of “the Loop” shall be fenced and designated as “do not disturb” prior to allowance of any work including grading or importation of fill related to this Development Package. Issuance of a Facility Impact Permit for levee modification and culvert installation by PCRFCD required by 09/22/2023 or a stop work order may be issued. This will be checked and required for the Pre-construction meeting. 2. No additional development packages or construction permits will be authorized prior to completion of the installation of the RCBCs in the levee as outlined in this Development Package and approved by District. 3. A Facility Impact Permit is required prior to installation of sewer line on District Lands. 4. Update the master SWPPP to include the dust control protection on the dirt access to the southeast |
