Issuance of a Facility Impact Permit for levee modification and culvert installation by PCRFCD required by 09/22/2023 or a stop work order may be issued. This will be checked and required for the Pre-construction meeting. 2. No additional development packages or construction permits will be authorized prior to completion of the installation of the RCBCs in the levee as outlined in this Development Package and approved by District. 3.
