The 6" berm along the front of the gate at the west end of the parking area doesn't seem sufficient to stop water from onsite discharging through the gate, I would suggest a grated trench across the gate that pipes into the new catch basin. 2. The 3' deep retention/detention basin is going to require infiltration tests to confirm that the drain-down time meets code. 3. Please include the updated drainage report that shows that the new retention/detention basin with rock well will be able handle the increased discharges it is receiving with the changes to the site.
