Site Engineering comments are as follows: 1. Please add the cut and fill quantities on the grading sheet. 2. Revise the plans to provide the Average Natural Cross Slope (ACS) analysis on the grading plan/sheet. Because this site is designated Hillside Development Zone (HDZ), the ACS calculations are required in compliance with UDC 5.2 (HDZ) and the Technical Standards Manual, and must be prepared in accordance with the method in TSM Section 9-01.3.0 (Slope Analysis Standard) The resulting ACS will be used to determine the limits of total grading and other applicable HDZ design standards. |
