2. Legal description for parcel 138-12-002D carries the same measurement discrepancy.
3. Provide the recordation and legal description of the 15’ ingress/egress and utility easement in the resubmission.
4. For resubmission, submit the legal descriptions for each parcel as separate documents rather than as one PDF, and this is for proper recordation procedure.
