As the development package TD-DEV-0925-00231 has yet to see full approval, please remove all revision bubbles and deltas around changes made as they are not considered after approval revisions. 2. Previous comment #6 not fully addressed. The back access way that runs South-to-North along the East of the building appears to provide access for all businesses associated within the same building complex of units as Trader Joes. As this project proposes pushing said access lane to only function as a “No Outlet” will require documentation of agreement from referenced other building businesses. 3. The site plans reference dumpsters to remain to the northeast, this will require environmental services approval due to the creation of this “No Outlet” section. It conflicts with compliance with TSM 8-01.5.3.F - The maximum back-up distance for the collection vehicle shall be 80 feet measured from the front of the collection vehicle. Based on current measurements no exit for a collection vehicle would require them to back up around 100-112 FT total. The person of contact shall be Andy Vera at Andy.Vera@tucsonaz.gov for Environmental Services Approval. FOR PERMIT RESUBMISSION, IT IS REQUIRED THAT: Corrected/Revised Plan set and a detailed response letter document that clearly shows how you addressed all of Site Engineering’s and other reviewers’ comments for the completed review cycle. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Marco Contreras at Marco.contreras@tucsonaz.gov |
