| 02/07/2025 | Traffic Engineering Review Standard | REVIEW COMPLETED | I do not have any comments on the content of the TIA. The Grant Rd/Craycroft Rd intersection currently operates at a poor Level of Service (LOS) in the AM and PM peak hours, but with the SE corner Circle K replacing the old bank, and the likely closure of the NE corner Circle K when this new one opens, and the nature of a convenience store with fueling pumps type development that receives a significant amount of "pass-by" trips, this new Circle K is not anticipated to further worsen the traffic operations at the intersection. The TIA does not indicate that any additional right-of-way improvements (besides DTM exploring the signal timing and phasing at the intersection) are necessary to support the development. DTM Traffic Engineering Division does not object to this development moving forward. |
