Please submit a final set of approved plans, including electrical load and offsite improvement plans, to determine how TEP will serve this development. If easements are required for new TEP facilities, they will be obtained by separate instrument. It is the owner's responsibility to obtain the written consent of the landowner and any other parties with an interest in or jurisdiction over the proposed use of the property.
