Provide total Proposed/expected cut and fill quantities on the grading/construction plans. 2. Since a basin is required for this development, a drainage report will be required for submission. 3. When new development is proposed on vacant land, all proposed impervious and disturbed areas shall be used to determine the required first-flush runoff volume. This must be added to the drainage report. Design Standards for Stormwater Detention and Retention Manual section 2.1 4. The provided DP plans appear to have expired engineering stamps and will require resubmission. 5. The grading plan sheet 5 title block references DP 16-0171 and T16CM07463. Revise as necessary. 6. There are D soils indicated for this site; therefore, retention is not advisable as infiltration requirements will likely not be met. The City of Tucson will consider waiver of retention with in-lieu detention. 7. This review is for determination of completeness of submittal items. Please be aware that additional comments will be provided in subsequent submissions. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Marco Contreras Marco.contreras@tucsonaz.gov |
