08/08/2025 Site Landscape Standard PENDING ASSIGNMENT Note to Chad Keller: Board of Adjustment variance C10-90-31 indicates that the 30' from this parcel's original southern property line to the street "be appropriately landscaped with desert trees and plantings to discourage parking in this area. Landscaping plan approval by the Planning Department and the Office of the City Engineer.
08/08/2025 Site Zoning Standard PENDING ASSIGNMENT
08/07/2025 OK to Submit - Zoning Fast REQUIRES RESUBMIT Board of Adjustment Variance C10-90-31 indicates that the 30' from this parcel's original southern property line to the street "be appropriately landscaped with desert trees and plantings to discourage parking in this area. Landscaping plan approval by the Planning Department and the Office of the City Engineer." Although the 30' landscape buffer appears appropriately marked on the plans (given that 20' of this space was sold by the City of Tucson to the applicant and is now part of the parcel), the submitted plans do not show landscaping in this area. In addition, a Google Street View of this area from March 2025 shows two vehicles parked in the area and that landscaping is not present in the full buffer area.

Submit a landscape/irrigation plan/sheet with this development package to demonstrate compliance with the Board of Adjustment variance.
