Please resubmit revised drawings along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Landscape/NPPO Review Section comments are addressed. SITE LANDSCAPE/NPPO SECTION COMMENTS: 1. Ensure that Zoning and Engineering comments are addressed prior to site landscape section approval. 2. A NPPP is not required, as this site has no protected native vegetation. For project completeness it would be great to have the NPPO Waiver on file as part of the approved development package. 3. Label sight visibility triangles on all landscape plans. 4. There are two street landscape borders on the site along Hampton St. The total of 45 feet of street landscape border shown on the plan is bisected by the 18-foot driveway. A minimum of one canopy tree is required in all landscape borders per UDC 7.6.4.C.1.a & b. Provide an additional canopy tree within the west street landscape border. There are existing facilities within the development which are depicted upon the plan; however, there are no apparent conflicts with the existing transformer. Further, please see Docket 9762 Page 798, attached. Enclosed is a copy of a TEP facilities map showing the approximate location of the existing facilities. Any relocation costs will be billable to the customer. To apply for electric service, please call the New Construction department at (520) 918- 8300. Please submit a final set of plans including approved site, electric load, paving off-site improvements and irrigation plans. If available, include a PDF version of the plans.
