To whom this may concern,
Thank you for the opportunity to comment on TD-DEV-0823-00380, 2nd Submittal, a development plan for a proposed coffee shop with a drive thru at 960 East Tucson Marketplace Boulevard. This development is located in the S.W. quarter of the N.W. quarter of Section 30, Township 14S, Range 14E, of the Gila and Salt River Meridian. The development site occupies parcel number 132-13-1100, covers approximately 2.26 ± acres, and is zoned as Planned Area Development 15 (PAD-15). The nearest major roadway intersection is South Park Avenue and Interstate 10, approximately 575 feet to the southeast of the subject development.
This site does lie within the Tucson International Airport avigation easement requirements and public disclosure area, FAA traffic pattern airspace, and FAA Part 77 airspace.
The Tucson Airport Authority approves the proposed project and is not requiring a resubmit of this project.

Please resubmit revised drawings along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Landscape/NPPO Review Section comments are addressed.

SITE LANDSCAPE/NPPO COMMENTS:

1. Previous landscape comments per Matt Carlton are complete. One additional comment for clarity. It appears that the tree count in the legend does not match what is on the plan. Either update the quantities to match, or this can be handled during construction with an as-built.
