The development package has been reviewed by the Zoning Review Section for minimal compliance with the requirements of the Administrative Manual (AM) 2-06. It has been determined that the submitted plans do not provide sufficient information to complete a plan review. The following items need to be addressed prior to re-submittal.

1. The plans submitted are the building plan set and do not meet the requirements of Administrative Manual (AM) 2-06.

2. There are now two (2) Development Packages (DPs) submitted for the proposed additions on this site, TD-DEV-0223-00136, and this plan TD-DEV-0823-00361, withdraw DP TD-DEV-0823-00361.

This review is a cursory review for compliance with the Checklist for Minor Changes to Commercial/Industrial Sites and does not constitute a complete review. Addition comments maybe forth coming once the plan is accepted for review.
