The development site occupies parcel number 130-07-2080, covers approximately 3.57 ± acres, and is zoned as Residence Zone 1 (R-1). The nearest major roadway intersection is East 27 th Street and South Chrysler Avenue, approximately 150 feet to the southwest of the subject development. This site does lie within FAA traffic pattern airspace and FAA Part 77 airspace. The Tucson Airport Authority approves the proposed project and is not requiring a resubmit of this project.
