To whom this may concern,
Thank you for the opportunity to comment on TD-DEV-0823-00358, a development plan to
excavate for new playground, install header curb, install new playground equipment, fill in play
area with play surface wood fiber, and tie existing sidewalk to header curb at 1521 S Chrysler
Ave. This development is located in the N.W. quarter of the N.E. quarter of Section 21,
Township 14S, Range 14E, of the Gila and Salt River Meridian. The development site occupies
parcel number 130-07-2080, covers approximately 3.57 ± acres, and is zoned as Residence
Zone 1 (R-1). The nearest major roadway intersection is East 27
th Street and South Chrysler
Avenue, approximately 150 feet to the southwest of the subject development.
This site does lie within FAA traffic pattern airspace and FAA Part 77 airspace.
The Tucson Airport Authority approves the proposed project and is not requiring a resubmit of
this project.
