This development is located in the N.E. quarter of the N.E. quarter of Section 24, Township 14S, Range 13E, of the Gila and Salt River Meridian. The development site occupies parcel number 118-12-0360, covers approximately 0.17 ± acres, and is zoned as Residence Zone 2 (R-2). The nearest major roadway intersection is East 22nd Street and South 3 rd Avenue, approximately 200 feet to the northeast of the subject development. This site does lie within the Tucson International Airport avigation easement requirements and public disclosure area, FAA traffic pattern airspace, and FAA Part 77 airspace. The Tucson Airport Authority approves the proposed project and is not requiring a resubmit of this project.
