This review was conducted for compliance with applicable development criteria including the City of Tucson Unified Development Code (UDC), Administrative Manual (AM) Section 2-6, and Technical Standards Manual (TSM) sections governing waste management, pedestrian access, hydrology – retention/detention requirements, and all applicable site standards.

Site Engineering Application Completeness Review Comments:
NOTICE: This is a completeness check review performed by both Site Engineering & Zoning to determine whether the submission in question is sufficient for full review by all applicable reviewing parties. As such, do not interpret the provided comments as finalized complete review comments. They are simply to address outstanding issues caught at this stage of submission.

1. Application incomplete, please provide the following for resubmission:
a. Provide an earthwork table that provides: preferably on the cover sheet
i. Cut & Fill quantities associated with the proposed grading & construction
ii. Total area of disturbance in both square footage & acres.
b. The provided submission provides two files – The site plan sheets and the grading plan sheets. Both these plan sets should be revised to function under one plan file with applicable formatting and content requirements as found under AM 2-06.4.7.0. At a minimum before full review, please consolidate and format both files to be one plan set.
