COMMENTS:

1. A backwater valve is not required. The RIM elevation of the nearest upstream manhole is 2326.1 and the FFE is 2327.50. Since the FFE is more than 12 inches above the elevation of the next upstream manhole, a backwater valve is not required. Reference: Section 714.1, IPC 2024, as amended by the City of Tucson.
2. The FFE on Sheet 5 shows 2327.56, but the FEE on Sheet 6 shows 2327.50. Please revise for consistency.
