Please resubmit revised drawings along with a detailed response letter, which states how all of the Site Landscape and NPPO Section review comments have been addressed. SITE LANDSCAPE/NPPO SECTION COMMENTS: 1. Removal of the asphalt and preparation of the base course for new asphalt could affect the health of the existing mature canopy trees. Provide clear direction to the contractor on the plans that tree preservation is a priority. If tree roots are encountered during construction, it will be important to preserve them and not cut them. If the trees die due to this construction activity, they will need to be replaced and likely will result in additional mitigation requirements. Thank you.
