| 09/10/2025 | Site Engineering Standard | REQUIRES RESUBMIT | Permit: TD-DEV-0725-00194 Location: 2308 N CATALINA AV Review Date: 9/10/2025 Site Engineering Comments: 1. The finished pad elevation for unit 2 is shown to be 0.25 ft higher than the finished floor elevation. Revise accordingly. 2. Due to this property being in an XS100 floodplain with flood levels being under 1ft, the base flood elevation is considered 11 inches above existing grade which would give a required finished floor elevation for all new structures to be 1 foot 11 inches above existing grade. Revise plans accordingly. 3. Remove General note #1 as this site is not subject to hillside development standards or requirements. 4. Provide more spot elevations on the plans. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Marco Contreras Marco.contreras@tucsonaz.gov |
