This development plan is located in the N.W. quarter of the S.E. quarter of Section 13, Township 14S, Range 13E, of the Gila and Salt River Meridian. The development site occupies parcel number 117-08-1070, covers approximately 0.28 ± acres, and is zoned as Commercial Zone 3 (C-3). The nearest major roadway intersection is South 6th Avenue and East 19 th Street, approximately 50 feet to the southwest of the subject development. This site is within the Tucson International Airport avigation easement requirements and public disclosure area, and FAA traffic pattern airspace. The Tucson Airport Authority approves the proposed submittal and is not requiring a resubmittal of the project.
