TD-DEV-0723-00331 ADDRESS/PARCEL: 4202 E 22ND ST/130140240 ZONING: C-2 COMMERCIAL ZONE This plan has been reviewed for compliance with applicable development criteria in the City of Tucson Unified Development Code (UDC) Administrative Manual (AM) Section 2-11 and Technical Manual (TM) Section for landscape, native plants, and water harvesting. Please resubmit revised drawings along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Landscape/NPPO Review Section comments are addressed. LANDSCAPE COMMENTS: 1. Ensure that Zoning, Engineering comments, and concerns are addressed prior to landscape section approval. 2. There is an active hold on this project for a Required Final Floodplain Use Permit Elevation Chart. For approval, please coordinate with PDSD Site Engineering Department. 3. On the Commercial Rainwater Harvesting Plan, please make sure that WHIA #1 shape matches the civil grading plan. Currently WHIA #1 is drawn over the edge of the sidewalk. 4. Please make sure that WHIA #2 is reflected on the civil grading plan. Currently the grading plan shows a portion of the basin to the north, but it does not extend to the south. 5.
