This development is located in the S.W. quarter of the N.W. quarter of Section 31, Township 15S, Range 14E, of the Gila and Salt River Meridian. The development site occupies parcel number 140-52-051D, covers approximately 8.2 ± acres, and is zoned as Pima County General Industrial Zone (CI-2). The nearest major roadway intersection is Aerospace Parkway and South Eisenhower Road, approximately 1/2 mile to the north of the subject development. This site does lie within the Tucson International Airport avigation easement requirements and public disclosure area, FAA traffic pattern airspace, and FAA Part 77 airspace. The Tucson Airport Authority approves the proposed project and is not requiring a resubmit of this project.
