Phase II of the fence is shown to exist within the public right-of-way. The depiction of the half right-of-way is 30 feet when in fact, the southern “half” right of way is 25 feet per paving plan I-861. Please revise the plans to reflect the correct right-of-way/property line.

SECTION 2-06.0.0: DEVELOPMENT PACKAGE (TENTATIVE PLATS AND SITE PLANS)

2-06.4.8.C - The following information regarding existing private or public right-of-way adjacent to or within the site shall be provided: the name, right-of-way width, recordation data, type and dimensioned width of paving, curbs, curb cuts, and sidewalks.

1. COMMENT: 2-06.4.8.C – Phase II of the fence project is shown in the public right of way (ROW). The fence appears to be incorrectly shown on the plans when looking at the associated paving plan I-861. Please revise the plans to show the fence being erected within the property boundaries.
