01/22/2024 | Commercial Plumbing | REQUIRES RESUBMIT | Spacing cleanouts 100 linear feet apart is not the same as cleanouts spaced not greater than 100-feet apart, measured along the developed pipe length from the upstream entrance of the cleanout. For example, if the pipe invert is 5-feet below the rim of the cleanout, the longest horizontal distance to the next cleanout would be 95 feet. [Initial comment: Provide cleanouts for all horizontal drains; the cleanouts shall not be located greater than 100-feet apart, measured along the developed pipe length from the upstream entrance of the cleanout.
