Development Package

TRANSMITTAL DATE: June 12, 2023

The development package has been reviewed by the Zoning Review Section for minimal compliance with Administrative Manual (AM) 2-06. It has been determined that the submitted plans do not provide sufficient information to complete a plan review. The following items need to be addressed prior to re-submittal.

1. Per UDC Article 3.3.3.G.2.c A site plan (Development Package) is required for the following types of development: Existing development undergoing a change of use, building structure additions, and/or a reconfiguration of an area outside a building. A development package (DP) meeting the requirements of Administrative Manual (AM) 2-06 must be submitted and approved. This development package shall meet all development standards, i.e. vehicle & bicycle parking, landscaping, pedestrian circulation etc. Review Administrative Manual (AM) 2-06, Unified Development Code (UDC) and Technical Standards Manual (TSM) and provide a development package that meets all requirements. Zoning recommends that you contact a professional who has experience doing development packages within the City of Tucson jurisdiction.

If you have any questions about this transmittal, please contact Nicholas Martell at Nicholas.Martell@tucsonaz.gov.
