Based on initial review, it appears there is an increase of impervious coverage exceeding ~10,000 SQ Ft, therefore per DSSDR 2.1.2.b b. Provide an earthwork table that provides total cut & fill quantities associated with the grading proposed, as well as total area of disturbance provided in both SQ feet and acres. c. Revise plan set to align with the most current adopted code for the City of Tucson – 2024 IBC etc. d. Further formatting is suggested.
