12/30/2024 | Site Landscape | APPROVED | 1. Site Engineering is requiring a resubmit. The landscape comments have been satisfied. Additional comment if time allows coordination with the civil resubmittal: Mesquites, Palo Verde and Desert Willow are multi-trunk trees and don’t require staking. Provide a detail for a multi-trunk tree planting with no stakes and add a note to remove the nursery stake. Thank you. Chad Keller, RLA chad.keller@tucsonaz.gov |

Please address the previous Engineering comment regarding the waste enclosure. The slab is shown as “existing,” however the enclosure does not meet the minimum specifications for clear space, nor are there shown to be any bollards on the interior. The clear space for the gate measures 9 feet on the site plan. The enclosure as depicted on the site plan, may qualify for a TSMR from Environmental Services.
