The slab is shown as “existing,” however the enclosure does not meet the minimum specifications for clear space, nor are there shown to be any bollards on the interior. The clear space for the gate measures 9 feet on the site plan. The enclosure as depicted on the site plan, may qualify for a TSMR from Environmental Services. Section 3.3.3.G.5.c UDC, An applicant has one year from the date of application to obtain approval of a site plan that complies with zoning and other development requirements in effect at the time of application, unless an ordinance adopted by Mayor and Council during this period states otherwise.
