The change in labeling to (T) and (t) has not been updated on the "NPPO Requirements Summary" section of sheet 10. Please revise the plans to show consistency for labeling and transplant numbers across all sheets.

10/09/2024 Site Engineering REQUIRES RESUBMIT 1. The cover sheet is showing only block 1 and as the northern block which doesn't match the rest of the plan set, revise as needed.
2. Take a look at the line weights and styles throughout the plan set, there are some displayed that don't show up in the legend and several lines with the same style when they are clearly different type of lines, revise as needed.
3. To ensure the trash enclosure will meet standards found in TSM section 8-01 show the clear space between bollards on the detail. This should be a minimum of 10 feet.
4. Per Admin manual 2-06.4.2.B the legal description in the title block needs to refer to this plat as a resubdivision, revise as needed.

COMMENTS: Resubmit revised drawings along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed.

This plan has been reviewed for compliance with the Unified Development Code (UDC) Administrative Manual (AM) Section 2-06. Also, compliance with applicable development criteria for the proposed use as listed in the City of Tucson Uniform Development Code (UDC) and the UDC Technical Standards Manual (TSM).

Section 3.3.3.G.5.c UDC, an applicant has one year from the date of application to obtain approval of a site plan that complies with zoning and other development requirements in effect at the time of application, unless an ordinance adopted by Mayor and Council during this period states otherwise. A site plan application that has been in review for a period of one year and has not yet been approved is considered denied. To continue the review of a site plan for the property, a new site plan must be submitted that complies with regulations in effect at the time of re-submittal. The new submittal initiates a new one-year review period. One-year Expiration date is October 8, 2025.

1. Show compliance with UDC 7.4.6.H.1, demonstrating sufficient pedestrian refuge.
2. Zoning acknowledges that the minimum sidewalk width is 6.5'. Please show the individual sidewalk widths on the site plan.
3. Ensure all line weights in the legend and site plan are consistent. There appears to be a line dedicated to zoning boundaries that is not on the legend.
4. Ensure consistency with all proposed blocks. There appears to be a proposal of 2 blocks. The cover sheet only has Block 1 shown.
